Day 1: Antananarivo - Arrival in Madagascar's capital city

Day 2: Get to know the country and its people

On the seventh day of your riding tour you will follow winding paths above the lake of Itasy. You will cross again and again idyllic, small villages with charming houses and elaborately decorated wooden balconies. You will cross banana plantations and use the sandy paths for small gallops. Next you will reach a crater lake and finally the well greened small town of Ampefywhere you all have time to stroll around a little. In the cozy Belle Vue you will find your camp for the night. A special highlight is the evening program of a local folklore group.
Day 8: Tearing waterfalls and bubbling geysers
(approx. 5-6h riding time)
Cross a unique volcanic landscape on the banks of the Lily River until you reach its source. There you will have a clear view of the paradise Lily waterfalls, which plunge up to 25m into the depth. You will also have the opportunity to buy some souvenirs made of pumice stone, which are made by the locals themselves. After this short rest, you will ride across black volcanic rock and reach in the late afternoon the bubbling geysers. In the evening you will be served a typical dinner of the country. You will spend the night in a cozy tented camp.
Day 9: The rice chamber of Madagascar

Day 10: Back to Antanarivo
(approx. 3h driving time)

Basic Information:
At our 11 days horse riding tour you will be guided by a English or French speaking guide accompanied. You will spend the night in accommodation specially selected by us in Double rooms. For the overnight stays in the area we provide you with Modern tents available. Breakfast and dinner will either be served in the respective hostel or provided by us and partly prepared quite traditionally at the crackling campfire. At noon is usually a small snack in the form of a Snack Packs or a small Picnics provided. Unless otherwise specified in the program, we also provide here small dishes ready for you. The tour is suitable for 1 to 10 participants, all of which have already been 2 to 3 years firmly in the saddle should sit.
